All of our deodorants, shampoo bars, conditioner bars and body wash bars are formulated by hand in the USA.

Absolutely! We believe in creating products that are pro-you and pro-planet. This includes never harming or testing on animals.

Our shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and body wash bars are 100% Vegan and plant-based.

Our deodorant formulas currently contain responsibly-sourced beeswax. We’re working on releasing Vegan-friendly options in the near future.

It's pretty much the same process as regular deodorant.

Use your finger to push a small amount of formula out of the tube, then gently apply a few swipes to each armpit.

For best results, warm against skin for a few seconds before application.

Use in the morning, after a workout, or anytime you need to freshen up throughout the day.

It’s like a bar of soap, but for your hair. Lather the bar in your hands or apply directly to wet hair. Then massage your scalp with the suds.

Rinse and follow up with our conditioner bar. For best results, let your bar dry between uses. 

After using your shampoo bar, apply your conditioner bar to wet hair and massage it into your scalp. Leave for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Order fulfillment begins as soon as your order is submitted, so we generally cannot make changes to your order.

If you've submitted your order in the past 15 minutes and need to make a change, please email hello@bewellow.com with your order # and we’ll see what we can do.

We are committed to making sure your items arrive safely. If any damage occurred during transit, please send photos to hello@bewellow.com and a team member will be in touch.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and approximately 30 international destinations. 

If you do not see your location available at checkout, send us a note at hello@bewellow.com so we can investigate an option for you.

USA: 6-10 days with eco shipping or 2-4 business days with expedited shipping.

Canada: 7-12 days with eco shipping, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to COVID delays at customs. For expedited shipping, your package will arrive faster but we cannot guarantee timing.

International: Varies due to COVID delays at customs. Message us for an estimate

While we encourage you to use our low-carbon eco shipping option, we do offer Expedited 2-3 Day Shipping within the United States and Canada.

If you're shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a US Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time, but it will be faster than eco-shipping.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our only requirement is that you mail your product(s) back to the return address listed on your package. Please note that any shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after you have been charged.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping shipping is at the expense of the customer. We also do not provide refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, as well as if a product is more than half used.

Our team aims to get your order out as fast as possible. Due to this very small window of time, we may not be able to "catch" your order before it is in the mail.

Generally, no changes can be made once an order is placed. If it's been less than 15 minutes, please email us at hello@bewellow.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" along with your full name and order #. We'll respond on a case by case basis.
